Dr. Ernesto Andrada
GP Principal, Director & Owner
FRACGP, FARCGP,MBBS
Dr Andrada graduated from De La Salle University , Philippines before migrating to australia and had further studies with the Australian Medical Council registering to pursue and advance his medical career.
He had his internship training at St George Hospital , Sydney before relocation to Melbourne to continue his residency training at Frankston Hospital and the Northern Hospital. He has had extensive exposure to rural and urban areas as a Registrar with the the Royal Flying Doctors Service , based in Broken Hill. Dr Andrada was able to secure his fellowships with both FRACGP under the RACGP and FARGP under the guise of ACCRM . He has then joined Mediclnic in 2006 and eventually secured his position as a director and owner of the clinic thereafter.
Dr Andrada has a keen and avid interest on photography, tennis, scuba diving, kayaking, pistol and rifles as a hobby.
Dr. Guy Churchman
MBBS, GradDip Counselling
Dr Guy Churchman graduated from the University of Melbourne in 1981.
His internship and hospital training was completed in the Mildura Base Hospital. He has practiced as a GP for over 20 years, and spent 12 years with the Commonwealth Medical Office.
His professional special interests include Drug & Alcohol, Counselling and 12-Step recovery. Dr Churchman’s personal interests include textiles, specifically ecclesiastical and Indonesian.
Cherie Lacis
Clinical Psychologist
Cherie Lacis has been practicing as a psychologist since 2001. She joined Mediclinic in 2008, and after further study was endorsed as a Clinical Psychologist in 2013. Cherie’s special interests include anxiety, depression, substance use and Adult ADHD.
In Cherie’s spare time, she enjoys travelling, films, art and spending time with family and friends.
Vara Perikala

Vara Perikala is an experienced and highly qualified Nurse Practitioner.
Her areas of expertise are in Respiratory/Acute Medicine as a Clinical Nurse Consultant, and Critical Care ICU as a Clinical Nurse Specialist.

Joe Spicuglia
The Foot Folk - Podiatrist
Joe completed his Masters of Podiatric practice in 2017 at La Trobe University Bundoora, following his aspirations to work in podiatry. Joe has a strong passion for biomechanics and human movement, devoting extensive time to expand knowledge. Joe's enjoys the private practice lifestyle, however has previous high risk foot clinic experience. Joe has proudly worked both locally and internationally.
Mat Munro

Mediclinic and Back in Motion Physiotherapy has just joined forces, and Mat Munro will be onsite with us Thursday onwards.
After studying Sport & Exercise Science in Launceston and Physiotherapy in Sydney, Mat returned home in 2012 to the best state in our country and joined the Back In Motion. He has a passion for helping his clients achieve their goals, return to full function and prevent future injuries. Mat's love for physiotherapy grew over the years due to his past involvement in swimming and football (where he endured many injuries!). In his spare time he can be found playing footy, swimming or trying to avoid chocolate which he has a disturbing addiction to!
Dr. Joy Liao - On Maternity Leave

Dr Joy Liao grew up in New Zealand and graduated from the University of New South Wales. She completed her hospital training as well as her Specialist GP training in Sydney. Her professional special interests include mental health and sexual health, where she has additional post graduate qualifications in those two areas.
Dr Liao’s personal interests include travelling, reading and writing short stories.
