Situated at the heart of Clayton South, Mediclinic is a family-inclusive practice, recognising the value of involivng families and carers. We have a holistic and patient-centric approach to care management and planning. Our General Practicioners have special interest in providing integrated care approach to managing complex cases, our prescribers are proactively involve in MATOD Mentorship Program.
In keeping with our commitment of providing high quality health care service to our clientele, we have dedicated medical and allied health team with a wealth of knowledge in Family Medicine, diagnostic services and wellness management services.
Our aim is to provide the highest standard of patient care promoting health, well being and disease prevention in all patients and to not discriminate in the provision of excellent care whilst treating all patients with dignity and respect. We believe in a holistic approach to patient care, and focus on patient physical, social and mental health.
